Allen was born in North Carolina but has spent most of his life in Jacksonville. He graduated from Jacksonville University with a degree in Marketing and spent 30 years with Prudential Insurance and Aetna. Allen joined the North Star team in 2003. He has brought a strong commitment to customer service, integrity, and discipline. An avid Alabama fan, Allen is happily married and plays guitar and an occasional round of golf in his spare time.
