Tim was born in Chicago and is a big Chicago sports fan. He graduated from The University of North Florida with a degree in communications and journalism including a minor in photography. Earlier is his career, Tim was a football motion picture photographer for professional, college and high school football coaches. Tim was also involved in real estate purchasing and rehabbing homes for resale. Tim has also done stints on radio giving seminars on the advantages of homeownership. During the past fifteen years he has been a loan originator specializing in helping people to buy their first home. Tim considers home ownership a privilege and the American dream. Tim is happily married for 35 years and enjoys on his spare time golf, tennis and working out.
