Kim is a graduate from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She has also completed the "MBA" of the real estate world and holds a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. Kim has experience in buying and selling homes, as she personally moved across the country 9 times and also manages a Crescent Beach vacation rental property.
