Nathan Young’s professional journey didn’t begin in mortgage lending. After earning his degree from Florida State University, he initially pursued a career in Health and Fitness Administration, completing an internship in Houston, Texas. He later returned to his hometown of Miami, Florida, where he continued working in Health and Fitness Management. However, seeking new challenges and fulfillment, Nathan developed a passion for real estate and mortgage lending, which led him to make a pivotal career change.
After gaining experience working for various mortgage companies, Nathan Young realized his true calling—helping people navigate the often-complex world of home loans. With this vision in mind, he founded North Star Mortgage Network, Inc. in April 2000 in Jacksonville, Florida. Since then, he has built a thriving mortgage brokerage focused on transparent mortgage services, personalized guidance, and competitive mortgage solutions.
